How making best use of limited resources can make big improvements in the Equality and Diversity of a Department: the MOD story. Looking at how to develop an environment where culture change can be planned and delivered. Methods to assess a current position and identify what change is required by using benchmarking tools. Finally looking at how this translates into organisational process and culture change to improve inclusivity. It will identify individual characteristics/competences as well as how to overcome barriers.
